I am in Canada for last 10 years. I am planning to start my own BPO/call center business. I can get local Canadian clients, campaigns. I am looking for a solid partner in Indian preferably Northern India who already has an established call center operation. I can act as an business development executive/partner in eastern Canada.

As far going through few of your posting, I would like to inform you that the costing of per seat differs from process to process. Clarifying my statement I mean to say is what kind of process details you wish to know. There are inbound, outbound, non voice, technical etc.

Before i give you any reply on this I would wish to talk to you.

So I am keenly interested to know how on mutual grounds we can help each other.

I haven't got a call center to offer but just a thought....
i think you are all offering callcentres but without any raw figures. What kind of cost per head is he looking. If you have previously ran any campaign as a BPO what were your figures on: SLA, PCA, Absenteeism, Attrition, 90 day retention, adherence, forecasting, hiring costs, quality, client satisfaction, bill-to-pay ratio, revenue, efficiency, .. answer questions like this... rather than just saying i have 100 seater call centre

We are a BPO with 50+ seates located in Hyderabad, South India. Our company was established in 2004. we have around 6-8 years of experience in call center and BPO field. We have stopped our on going process since past couple of months due to irregular funds from the client. Now our center is vacant.
