INBOUND PROCESS

Minimum seats - 20
Payout - $14per hour (1spd)
Readiness : Can be started immediately
Technical Requirement : IPLC/VOIP setup
Center Requirement :), Experience in Inbound/Upsales for 6 months.
Scope of Work
A. The center will receive inbound calls and based on that sell the travel packages to the interested customers.
B. Average calls per hour per agent will be 8
C. Average SPD 1, acheived at existing centers.

The centre will have to pay Charges for Inbound Minutes and will have to take the US DID number.
The Tollfree minutes will be paid directly to travel company so it should be approx $1800 per week for 20 agents.
1) First purchase DID number.
2) Sign agreement with DID number
3) Training
4) Pay for minutes
5) Go live
No advance after one month performance you will get monthly advance, everything will be communicated to you post agreement with regards to the training.
we need the DID number beforehand as we have to incorporate the same in agreement.

AGENT will be paid USD $ 14 per hour per operator with 1 net sale in a day on weekly basis via wire transfer and advance will be issued after 1 month performance and AGENT will be wired monthly advance thereafter. If sales are less than 1 per operator then the centre will be paid $100 per sale. AGENT will have to take calls for 44 hours per operator per week from Monday to Saturday.
