hello members,
can you all kindly help me with this ,giving me a proper advise,
CASE- I have paid an upfront of $4500, for so called inbound sales process, its been two months, i'm waiting for the process to start, neither they are starting the process , nor telling us a proper date,
its been a week that ,everyday, we are promised to go live but no calls come in, and when asked some technical fault is the answer. Its already been two months that our center is bearing all the expenses for the agents and everything without earning a cent. When we gave the amount the process was suppose to start within a week, but a hell lot of excuses came in, we were also promised that if the target is not met due to their mistake..i;e- we were promised for 60 calls min per agent with one Spd , so if we don't receive enough calls, we will paid on hourly basis as committed, but now slowly the responses are getting less,
I came to study that this is not an inbound later, but voice blasts, and when asked the providers says they don't know, much have tech knowledge and stuffs, everyday my expenses are rising, and we are wasting our time.
Analysis of mine- I am thinking to start other process but we are just hesitated for a thing that if we start and if they ask us to start , we'll not have sufficient agents for that process..
so do u think, its worth waiting? i don't want to post it as fraud as i'm myself not sure about it.. Not sure as they still in my contacts but i don't find them serious with the process getting delayed.Are they FRAUDS?IF yes, how should i go about it now ? I have already asked for another process to start immediately or refund of my money..I do have all the proofs of dealing with them, but did one mistake that is - i went to Kolkata to deal myself, and have paid them Cash, not through any bank, the amount is mention in the papers though.

it's easy to check
If ,before u pay the so called "fees", the process was accelerating to be set and suddenly after paying the "fees" the process setting slowed down..so don't think twice it's FRAUDS

Thanks Kais, even i feel the same but i am not worried for the money i deposited but more worried about the expenses i have bared because of them, i know they will not compensate anything, have doubts if they will refund my money, i will just wait for few more replies, and expose the company name, their photos, chats, any every proofs i have with me.

thats a possibility that arise as soon as we start dealing into this kind of bussiness.
I dont know how on earth are we going to feel secure and have trusting feeling into this enviroment.
i've been cheated also in pharma " meds " my team sales a lot but when receiving the money from warehouse..nothing comes, also i've been into a lead generation program and everything looks the same.phones to call are not answered. emails are not replies back. and so on.
one thing we could try is just to have the must info we could from a figure company. into a company its must be more than one number to call right!
example, somebody for the finance part, somebody for the quality part. somebody for the operations part..you know what i mean...if the company with whom we are trying to deal have just one number to call..its like 99% of that operation s its just a fraud!!!
hope we all could have a better choosing when doing bussiness

What you wrote sounds an absolute fraud. One thing more if they don't know about their account what kind of agent are they ? The message for every one is that they should not pay any money upfront.
I am extreamly sorry to know about it. I hope it will sort it out. If these people you come across from this web,pls dont hassitate to expose them.

Thanks to all who had replied till date,
Its a request for all the member that if anyone wants more details on knowing if it can be fraud let me know, but at least for this week i will not be exposing them, since i have waited so long, i will keep patience for one more week, NO, i am not scared of posting their details , i just want to be sure, since i have still been talking to them , but after this week if i see nothing good happening, i will not only post the contact details but all the proofs, with me, and i am sure that will get them exposed badly, i just feel sad thinking how can people play with emotions, and ask us to understand their problem, when what we face due to them is 100 times more.And on top it becomes hard to trust anyone.
Please members i want more advice, keep writing to me,

Whatever its Why you people are paying Upfront to the Consultants?
We are into Consulting But till now we didnt asked any one.
You people are Just kept your self under Inbound and Inbound Sales thats the Reason So Called Consultants are using the centers as their trump card and ran away like Cyclone.
Centers pls STOP paying upfront as well dont go behind for Inbound campaigns always.
You have to Believe that the Major Call center are having their operations in USA.
The Clients who are all dealing with them are Happy.Then Why they are going to Outsource it to You?????????
For Inbound Sales
If the company is getting lot of Inbound Calls they might have good Outbound Call Centers are working with them If thats true means These campaigns can be placed in any one of the Outbound Call centers????!!!!!!!!! we hope!!!!!So think twice before INBOUND SALES Campaign
And if you are getting calls means that might be through Voice Broadcasting techniques When the Customer press the certain number that call will be reach you.
So there is no Genuineness from the Customer side to buy our Product.
the payout might be $16/hour Without the willing Customer you cant get even 1.Bcoz they are forced to press some number.
So pls Centers STOP your marathon behind INBOUNDS.

sorry to say but yes its a fraud... but why ur bearing all the expenses from last 2 months..?? leave it and just switch to some no upfronts, no consultancy fees , outbound campaign or just switch to UK lead generation campaign as it will take out ur agents cost and wl give u the profit also,.....
