Social Networking for People in Call Centre & BPO Industry
Help needed: Information Turkish call center branche
Hello everybody,
First, let's start by a short introduction. I am a Teamleader at a large, international Dutch call contact center. Also I am a student International Business and Languages and at the moment writing my final thesis about the Turkish Call center market and how to start up a call center over there.
It is very very hard to find any information about the Turkish Market and how to aproach business (potential) clients over there.
Does any one have any information for me about this subject, of perhaps adressess, links or other forms of contacts I can turn to for this information?? Any Help is welcome right now.
