I currently work as part of the Management/Operations team within Sitel, Derby. My current role is split into 2 parts. The first part being of a Reporting Analyst, analysing and filtering cross campaigns. The second part is Project managing any new BT project from a BPO's perspective. Over the years, I have Team Managed, Trained and written various training documents for various projects. To sum up, i have spent the best part of the last 7 years within Call Centers.
My little thought:
Todays market, especially the UK is very volatile, in my opinion. The rise of call centre's in developing countries has taken away the stability. MBR's are no longer working lunches. Meeting KPI's, SLA's and PCA's is harder than ever. Offer more for less is the demand and if you can't someon else will. Anyways that's my rant off my chest, let's see what real-time is showing......
