This is Anupam Modgil I have been part of BOP sector for seven years now
and for last five years I have been a freelancer in BPO, KPO and LPO
sector
I started working with Globalvantedge (OSI) in 2000 and I initiated 3rd
party collection ,1st party collection for USA in India ( FDCPA ) compliant
Also headed a team of 25 members and was instrumental in initiated Skip tracing in Asia for USA in 2002 this was never done before outside US and our team had article in Washington Post for that and a small news flash on CNN for the same
I worked with organizations such as American Express (Captive Center) , IGT (Inter
Globe Technologies) , as a migration project lead by managing their
projects and processes and successfully making transactions and
migrating them to the site center

2- if people are bias .3- family problems , 4- financial problems ,
5- medical problems, 6- moneeeeeyyyy problem.
