While I my experience in the call center industry dates back to the latter part of the 1980's, my expertise lies more in sales, sales management and operational training and management of small to medium sized call centers. Apparently, it's not common knowledge that selling to Americans is different than selling to Filipinos, Indians, or many other cultures. My expertise is in training offshore call center agents and owners on the differences so that American clients can be obtained and maintained more effectively.
