About Me:: Aisha Perez is actually my phone name.

I am currently working as a Trainer/Supervisor in a small center here in the Philippines. I do trainings in the afternoon then supervise at night. Juggling two jobs in diffirent schedules is really challenging but my passion for teaching and trust in this industry helps me to keep the flame alive.

Our center is still small compared to most people here. We are currently running 45 seats only.

I have only three years of experience in call center, with that fact alone I consider myself still a newbie and is looking forward to meeting a mentor.

Who You'd Like to Hear From: I would be very much like to exchange ideas with people who had been in this industry for quite some time now and will be able to share some of their experience.

Meeting possible clientles and earning a few campaigns will be a plus.
